The summit was held in Aswan from January 28 to 30, where participants discussed the latest global and local trends in technological innovation, with a particular focus on anticipated developments in ICT regulatory frameworks over the coming years. Discussions also included exchanging insights on the role of integrated digital solutions in shaping the future of business and commercial activities in Egypt.
The summit featured a keynote address, interactive panel discussions, and workshops covering a wide range of key topics in digital solutions, including expected technological advancements in the coming years and how Vodafone Business’s integrated and innovative digital solutions have contributed to the success of a broad base of clients and supported them in achieving their digital transformation objectives. The summit agenda included an opening speech by Mahmoud El Khatib, Vice President of Vodafone Egypt’s Business Sector, followed by a panel discussion with Ms. Marika Auramo, CEO of Vodafone Business at Vodafone Group, and concluded with a workshop titled “What Will Companies Look Like in the Future: A New Vision for Business in 2030.”
The summit aimed to translate strategic visions into practical, on-the-ground applications through interactive workshops that enabled participants to maximize the benefits of advanced technological solutions via actionable steps that can be immediately implemented within their organizations, achieving tangible progress in their digital transformation journeys. These solutions include the latest future innovations such as artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency, Internet of Things solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency, and cybersecurity solutions to ensure data protection and business continuity—underscoring the role of these technologies as core pillars for supporting growth and sustainability across various sectors.
