Regarding the platform’s technical development, Hmidan explained: “We are currently working on several projects to develop the travel ecosystem and make our services easier and more attractive. We provide a fast, reliable application that undergoes continuous improvement. We have also started to effectively utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies within the platform itself, alongside integrating them into customer service and after-sales support to ensure the highest quality standards.”
