Coca-Cola Egypt sets Guinness World Record™ for Largest Community Meals Delivery,

Celebrating the Spirit of Giving this Ramadan

Coca-Cola Egypt has officially secured a Guinness World Record™ for delivering community meals in one hour, marking a landmark Ramadan moment rooted in solidarity and service. The record was achieved through a large-scale community iftar initiative hosted at Ain Shams University, Cairo, under the auspices of the Ministry of Social Solidarity.

 

Beyond this milestone, Coca-Cola Egypt’s campaign for Ramadan 2026 is meant to foster togetherness while extending meaningful support to those in need.

 

“Achieving this global record reflects our commitment to giving back to local communities. Making a positive contribution to the communities we are part of is important to us,” said Hanna Haddad, General Manager of Coca-Cola in Egypt and Sudan. “Our goal is to create more meaningful meal moments and encourage people to come together and share more than just the food on the table. By bringing people together, we hope to inspire people to gather around iftar and celebrate the shared meals and magical moments of Ramadan.”

 

Through this initiative, Coca-Cola Egypt hopes to realize the meaning of the month of Ramadan by highlighting gratitude, togetherness and sharing across Cairo. Such achievements underscore Coca-Cola Egypt’s wider commitment to bringing people together through impactful initiatives that deliver shared value. By prioritizing support for the communities where we operate, the company aims to reinforce social bonds and create a meaningful, measurable impact on the ground.

 

The record-breaking iftar forms part of a broader series of Ramadan engagements nationwide. Earlier this month, Coca-Cola trucks toured governorates across the country, bringing the brand’s “Real Magic” to consumers through giveaways, activations, games, and prizes designed to spark connection and joy.
