Misr Italia Properties hosted a media tour of its flagship Solare Ras El Hekma development, located at Kilometer 199 on Egypt’s North Coast. The tour was led by Mohamed Khaled El Assal and Karim El Assal, Co-Chief Executive Officers and Managing Directors of the company, alongside senior executives and project partners.
The visit aimed to showcase the project’s latest construction progress and provide first-hand insight into ongoing development works. It brought together representatives from leading media outlets as well as key partners involved in planning, design, and construction, including Yang Li, Executive Director at EDSA; Dr. Mohamed Abdel Ghany, Chairman and Managing Director of Bait Al Khebra Engineering Consultants; Karen Fadel, Co-Founder of The Design Avenue; Shady El Ghoneimy, Managing Partner and Head of Design at EL GHONEIMI International; and Abdelrahman Ismail, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Arabtec.
The tour coincided with the launch of Amare Seafront Villas, Solare’s newest and most exclusive residential district, representing more than 25% of the destination’s total area. Amare introduces a terraced residential concept that combines uninterrupted sea views with enhanced privacy. Located just 200 meters from the shoreline at the project’s prime beachfront, the district spans 120 feddans and features both villas and cabanas overlooking the Mediterranean. The villas are arranged across seven elevation levels and nine rows, reaching up to 25 meters above sea level, ensuring panoramic sea views from every unit.
The visit also included an on-site tour of the Amare district, where guests viewed construction progress on the beachfront villas and visited the project’s model villa and model cabana, offering a closer look at the newly launched product and its execution quality.
Amare’s appeal extends beyond its location and design to its fully integrated lifestyle offering. The district features a carefully curated mix of residential products tailored to upscale coastal living, including single-story villas designed to provide enhanced privacy and a tranquil beachfront lifestyle. The development also incorporates a comprehensive hospitality component, featuring branded beachfront cabanas and an Autograph Collection hotel, reflecting Solare’s vision of seamlessly integrating residential living, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences within a single destination offering long-term value.
The launch of Amare reflects an advanced stage of execution rather than the introduction of a concept yet to be built. Construction was already well underway before the launch, reinforcing the credibility of the new phase and supporting the company’s commitment to delivering it within two years based on tangible construction progress rather than future promises.
During the visit, Misr Italia Properties highlighted the latest construction updates, announcing that 90% of structural works for the cabanas, 80% of structural works for the villas, and 70% of land grading works have already been completed.
The company is also advancing previously launched and fully sold phases, particularly Lumera and Cielo. It awarded El Safa Contracting a contract worth approximately EGP 590 million to execute structural and building works for the Lumera phase, comprising 32 buildings with 335 units. In addition, a consortium of Arabtec and Al Ammar was awarded contracts valued at nearly EGP 261 million to execute structural works and external finishes for the Cielo phase, as well as the complete construction of Solare’s main entrance. Together, the two phases comprise 590 units, including 510 units in Lumera and 80 units in Cielo.

Solare Ras El Hekma spans 400 feddans at Kilometer 199 on Egypt’s North Coast and features a 3-kilometer Mediterranean waterfront, including a 1-kilometer sandy beach extending up to 200 meters in depth. The master plan is built across seven cascading terraces, rising approximately 36 meters above sea level. The development also includes 100,000 square meters of swimmable lagoons, while 80% of its units enjoy water views. Solare offers a comprehensive residential experience through 16 distinct lifestyle concepts, reinforcing its position as one of Ras El Hekma’s premier integrated coastal destinations.
