Partnership Brings Together Top Engineering, Medical Management, Operations, Digital Transformation, and Marketing Firms to Deliver a New Generation of Smart Medical Developments in Egypt

Eliwah Group has announced the launch of a strategic alliance bringing together some of Egypt’s leading firms specializing in engineering consultancy, architectural design, medical management, operations, digital transformation, and commercial and marketing consultancy to develop, manage, and operate its flagship healthcare projects, 9MC in the New Administrative Capital and EMC in New Cairo, with total investments exceeding EGP 2 billion.

The alliance reflects the company’s vision of developing a new generation of smart healthcare projects that integrate specialized design, professional management, high-efficiency operations, and the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence, to create sustainable investment value while enhancing the quality and efficiency of healthcare services.

The partnership was officially unveiled during a press conference attended by the alliance partners, investors, media representatives, and experts from the real estate development and healthcare sectors, where the company presented its vision for both projects and outlined the joint implementation strategy.

The alliance includes ECB Engineering Consultants, OY Studio for architectural design and consultancy, Operator for management and operations, Tashawer for management consultancy, Healthy Care for medical consultancy, VOOM for digital transformation, Digital Twin technologies, and artificial intelligence, ONE WAY for commercial and marketing consultancy, in addition to several technology partners and medical insurance providers.

The 9MC project is located in the MU23 district of the New Administrative Capital, while EMC is situated in the Yasmine district of New Cairo. Together, the two developments aim to introduce a new concept of smart medical centers built on the integration of specialized design, professional management, efficient operations, and advanced digital technologies.

Mohamed Eliwah: Strong Partnerships Are the Foundation of Successful Medical Projects

Mohamed Eliwah, Chairman of Eliwah Group, said the launch of the alliance represents a strategic milestone that reflects the company’s conviction that the success of any healthcare development begins with selecting partners that possess genuine expertise and proven track records.

He explained that, from the earliest planning stages, the company focused on building a fully integrated ecosystem comprising leading specialists in feasibility studies, architectural and engineering design, medical consultancy, operations, digital transformation, and marketing to ensure both projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Eliwah added that 9MC and EMC represent a new model for Egypt’s healthcare real estate market by combining real estate development, healthcare services, and advanced technology into a single integrated investment platform that creates value for investors, physicians, and patients alike.

He noted that alliance members were selected based on their specialization and extensive experience, providing both projects with a strong competitive advantage and positioning them among Egypt’s leading specialized healthcare developments.

“We believe the future of healthcare investment depends on partnerships between industry leaders rather than individual efforts. That is why we have built this alliance as a model for integrating real estate development, engineering, medical management, and technology,” he concluded.

Sayed Eliwah: Healthcare Development Is One of Egypt’s Fastest-Growing Investment Sectors

Sayed Eliwah, Chief Executive Officer of Eliwah Group, said the company has adopted a distinctive approach that combines real estate development with professional medical management, operational excellence, and digital transformation to deliver an advanced investment and operating model.

He explained that the company’s expansion into healthcare real estate followed extensive market studies that identified growing demand for specialized medical developments across Egypt’s new cities, noting that healthcare investment is expected to remain one of the country’s fastest-growing sectors in the coming years.

He added that selecting the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo was based on market research confirming both cities among Egypt’s most attractive destinations for healthcare investments.

According to Eliwah, both developments were designed with all critical success factors integrated from the outset, with each alliance partner assuming responsibility within its area of expertise to ensure world-class execution.

He also highlighted that both projects will offer fully finished and fully equipped medical units ready for immediate operation, supported by professional management, operations, and marketing systems designed to maximize occupancy rates and investment returns.

In addition, both developments will implement cutting-edge digital transformation solutions, including Digital Twin technologies and artificial intelligence, to optimize facility management, streamline operations, and enhance the patient experience.

“Our objective extends beyond delivering two successful projects. We aim to establish a new benchmark for healthcare developments in Egypt based on innovation, technology, and collaboration with the country’s leading experts,” he said.

Mirna Adel: Strategic Partnerships Enhance Investor Confidence

Mirna Adel, Commercial Director at Eliwah Group, said both projects were developed under a comprehensive commercial and investment vision that combines premium locations, professional design, specialized management, and intelligent operations.

She noted that strategic partnerships with industry-leading firms provide investors and physicians with confidence that every stage of project operation will be managed professionally, increasing investment value while achieving superior operational performance and occupancy levels.

She added that the strong market response to both developments reflects growing confidence in Eliwah Group’s vision and its quality-driven, partnership-based business model.

Alliance Partners Highlight Their Roles

Mohamed Abdel Ghany, Chairman of ECB Engineering Consultants, said healthcare project design requires a vision that integrates operational requirements from the earliest planning stages. He explained that ECB’s role is to deliver engineering solutions that maximize efficiency and sustainability while ensuring both developments are prepared for future healthcare demands.

Mohamed Gaber, Chairman of OY Studio, said successful healthcare developments begin with intelligent architectural design that prioritizes the needs of physicians, patients, and operational efficiency. He noted that both projects have been designed according to the latest international standards while ensuring flexibility and sustainability for future expansion.

Dr. Khaled Samir, Chairman of Operator and Tashawer, said the success of healthcare developments depends not only on the quality of the buildings but also on the existence of professional management and operational systems that ensure sustainable performance and maximum efficiency.

He explained that Operator will establish a fully integrated operating platform based on international best practices, while Tashawer will provide management consultancy to ensure the highest standards of governance and institutional development, enhancing sustainability and delivering the best possible experience for owners, physicians, and visitors.

Dr. Ahmed Adam, Chief Executive Officer of Healthy Care, said the two developments represent an advanced model for specialized medical centers. He noted that the company will establish a comprehensive medical operating framework focused on service quality, operational excellence, and adherence to the highest healthcare standards.

Alaa El Sayed, Chairman of VOOM, described the projects as a major step toward digital transformation in Egypt’s healthcare sector. He said the company will deploy intelligent solutions powered by Digital Twin technology and artificial intelligence, enabling real-time monitoring of building performance and operational systems, improving management efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Ziad Osama and Bassem El Ayat, representing ONE WAY, said that building a strong brand identity and implementing an integrated marketing strategy are among the most important factors behind the success of specialized real estate developments.

They added that the company will be responsible for creating the commercial identity of both projects, developing their marketing strategies, and strengthening engagement with investors and physicians to maximize market value and position 9MC and EMC among Egypt’s leading healthcare investment destinations.

The conference concluded with participants emphasizing that the strategic alliance embodies Eliwah Group’s vision of creating an integrated ecosystem that combines real estate development, engineering, medical management, operations, digital transformation, and marketing to establish a new generation of smart healthcare developments in Egypt while strengthening the company’s position as one of the country’s leading specialized healthcare developers.
