Gates Developments, the leading real estate developer, has announced the launch of the second phase of its flagship project “Lyv Ceaser,” located in the prime Ras El Hekma area at kilometer 200 along the North Coast. Spanning 206 acres, the 2nd phase features total investments with more than EGP 2 billion in 2025, including three distinct destinations within the project’s master plan: “Bliss” in the sub-lagoon area, “Shore” on the main lagoon, and “Muse,” a vibrant district situated just behind the lagoon.
Gates Developments aims to achieve total sales of approximately EGP 20 billion across all its projects in 2025, with EGP 12 billion expected from the second phase of Lyv Ceaser alone. This comes following the remarkable success of the project’s first phase, which recorded contractual sales exceeding EGP 9 billion since its launch last year.
Mr. Hassan Nasr, CEO of Gates Developments, commented: “We are committed to delivering projects that align with our clients’ aspirations and adhere to the highest standards of design and construction. ‘Lyv Ceaser’ in Ras El Hekma is a true reflection of our vision to create integrated urban communities that offer a unique lifestyle experience in the heart of North Coast. This is a part of our ongoing commitment to support the tourism sector in Ras El Hekma, in alignment with the significant urban and tourism development taking place and the state’s ambition to position it as a premier investment and tourism destination in Egypt.”
Mr. Nasr added: “The second phase of the project is a natural progression following the strong success of the first phase, which demonstrated the great trust our clients place in our company. This has strongly encouraged us to move forward with this next phase, which we have carefully developed to provide enhanced unit diversity featuring modern design standards.”
The company is preparing to start construction promptly upon receiving the necessary permits, to deliver the units according to the project’s timeline. Lyv Ceaser is distinguished by its panoramic sea views and diverse range of units, including chalets, villas, and townhouses ranging from 85 to 280 square meters. Most units offer sea views, with the project featuring a 400-meter private beach, over 55,500 square meters of lagoons and water features, numerous swimming pools, children’s play areas, a health club, a restaurant, a gym, terraces, and a walkway according to the latest global standards.
Last year, Gates Developments also introduced a selection of serviced apartments within the “Lyv Boutique” Hotel in the “Lyv Ceaser” project. These units are managed by one of the most renowned companies in the field of residential, commercial, and hospitality management. The serviced apartments include 32 premium cabins, stylishly designed in collaboration with “Studio Five” and positioned directly on the seafront, offering residents a relaxing, elevated living with breathtaking sea views.
Mr. Nasr emphasized: “At Gates Developments, we believe in partnering with those who share our vision and ambition to deliver residential and hospitality experiences of exceptional standards. Ras El Hekma is no longer just a seasonal destination; it has become a promising investment area with all the potential to evolve into a year-round tourism and residential destination. We are proud to be part of this transformation through “Lyv Ceaser.”
The “Lyv Ceaser” project is part of Gates Developments’ strategic plan to diversify its real estate portfolio and contribute to enriching the Egyptian real estate sector. The company is currently developing a range of residential, commercial, administrative, and hospitality projects in East and West Cairo, with total investments exceeding EGP 71.2 billion.
