Delta Capital for Urban Development (DCUD) has announced the appointment of Mr. Hashem El Kadi as the Chief Commercial Officer of the company.

With an extensive background in real estate development, El kadi brings a wealth of experience that has enabled him to lead several major property developers in Egypt toward continued success and sustainable growth. Throughout his distinguished career, he has been recognized for his ability to craft clear, results-driven strategies that strengthen corporate goals and enhance project visibility.
Among his most notable positions, El kadi previously served as CEO of PRE Developments and Sales Manager at Mountain View, one of Egypt’s premier real estate companies. He also held the position of General Manager at Draya Real Estate Marketing, Chief Commercial Officer at The Living Yards Developments, and, most recently,, served as Executive General Manager at Dal Developments.
It is worth noting that Delta Capital for Urban Development (DCUD) recently signed a partnership agreement with Nations of Sky to launch ISLA, a landmark project located in New Mansoura City — the “Capital of the Eastern Coast.”
The development is set to become one of the largest residential and resort projects in the Delta region, reinforcing DCUD’s leadership and commitment to redefining urban living standards across Egypt.
