Housing & Development Properties (HDP) has announced a partnership with CRC Dorra to undertake the construction works of Club Hills Residence in 6th of October City under a construction contract valued at EGP 4 billion.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Eng. Amgad Hassanein, Vice Chairman of Housing & Development Properties (HDP), and Eng. Mohamed Dorra, Vice Chairman of the Board of The Engineering Company for Construction and Development – Dorra Group. The agreement represents a key step toward advancing construction works at the project and moving it into a significant phase of development, reflecting HDP’s commitment to accelerating the development of its projects while adhering to targeted construction and delivery schedules.
Located on 30 feddans in 6th of October City, Club Hills Residence enjoys a strategic location with direct views of Al Gezira Sporting Club, as part of the partnership between HDP and Al Gezira Sporting Club. The location adds value to the residential experience and offers residents an integrated lifestyle.
