HMD Developments has announced the launch of its residential project “Velora Villa” in the heart of New Zayed City, with investments reaching 2 billion Egyptian pounds. This marks the company’s first expansion into the West Cairo area since its inception in 2002.
The “Velora Villa” compound spans 10 acres (equivalent to 39,315 square meters) and includes only 62 villas in Stand Alone, Twin House, and Town House styles, designed with the latest architectural methods, surrounded by extensive green spaces that create an integrated and upscale residential environment.

The “Velora Villa” project represents a continuation of the series of successes achieved by HMD Developments over the past 23 years, during which it has completed numerous projects in various locations including New Cairo, Zagazig, Maadi, the New Administrative Capital, and now Sheikh Zayed City.
