MBG Developments has continued its plan to strengthen Ras El Bar’s position as an attractive destination for domestic and international tourism through a series of artistic events featuring major stars, including Mohamed Ramadan and Ahmed Saad.
The promising Doray Bay project by MBG Developments in Ras El Bar hosted a concert by Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan hours ago, drawing a large crowd and delivering an energetic musical experience that met the audience’s expectations. The event marked the company’s second consecutive year of organizing major artistic events, following last year’s hosting of prominent stars such as Mohamed Hamaki.
The concert featured unprecedented surprises for music events in Egypt. Ramadan arrived at the project by helicopter, giving him an aerial view of the development, before taking the stage inside a luxury car. He performed a number of songs and dance shows, accompanied by a series of visual performances.
Ramadan said the concert hosted by Doray Bay was one of the best concerts he had performed, while praising the project’s distinctive location, designs and landscaping. He also thanked Dr. Mahmoud El Adl, Chairman of the company, for developing Doray Bay, describing it as a strong addition to Egypt’s real estate and tourism sectors in the Delta.
Dr. Mahmoud El Adl said the company is committed to offering an integrated residential and tourism experience that goes beyond the traditional concept of housing. He noted that the artistic events held at Doray Bay, which MBG Developments is developing in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority, reflect the state’s efforts to attract tourism and highlight Egypt’s capabilities in the fields of entertainment and artistic events.
He added that the project’s focus on the arts is consistent with Ras El Bar’s historic identity as a destination that once brought together some of Egypt’s greatest artists, including Umm Kulthum and Abdel Halim Hafez, as well as prominent figures from the state, including King Farouk.
El Adl added that Doray Bay is a unique development in Ras El Bar, with all its units offering direct sea views. The project also features the largest sea-facing terrace in Ras El Bar, while all buildings are equipped with elevators.
He revealed that the project’s units will be delivered fully finished, with handovers scheduled to begin in 2027. This, he said, will position Doray Bay as a strong competitor to major tourism, residential and entertainment developments across Egypt. He also emphasized that the recently announced partnership with Hilton Worldwide will further enhance the project’s investment value, benefiting from the global hotel group’s expertise in hotel management.
MBG Developments recently signed a strategic partnership with Hilton Worldwide to open the Hilton Garden Inn Doray Bay Ras El Barr at the Doray Bay project.
The partnership marks Hilton Worldwide’s first presence in Egypt’s Delta hotel and hospitality sector, within a promising mixed-use development combining residential, tourism, entertainment and commercial components. The project also benefits from a distinctive beachfront location in Ras El Bar, featuring the Delta’s first fully developed tourist promenade stretching 1.1 kilometers, as well as a sea extension and a yacht marina.
