Eng. Amr Abdel Rahman: Hiring six Saudi talents in Oracle Consulting roles reflects the success of our partnerships in turning training into real job opportunities.

Next Technology announced the signing of three strategic memoranda of understanding during its participation in LEAP 2026 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reinforcing the company’s strategy to expand its partnerships in the Saudi market and strengthen cooperation in technology, digital transformation, and capacity building, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to empower national talent and support the growth of the digital economy.

During its participation in the global technology event, Next Technology signed MoUs with SBM, one of the Kingdom’s largest technology companies, as well as Guru Hits and DXT. The company also highlighted the results of its strategic partnership with Oracle Saudi Arabia, which has successfully qualified young Saudi talent and directly connected them with labor market needs, culminating in the actual hiring of six Saudi nationals in specialized Oracle Consulting roles. This underscores the effectiveness of the company’s model in transforming training and qualification programs into professional career paths and genuine employment opportunities.

The MoU signed with SBM is among the key partnerships strengthening Next Technology’s presence in the Saudi market. The agreement focuses on cooperation in capacity building and developing the technical skills of national talent, while leveraging the partners’ combined expertise and capabilities to enhance the readiness of Saudi professionals to meet the requirements of the digital labor market. The partnership extends Next Technology’s approach of linking training with actual employment opportunities, as demonstrated by the hiring of six Saudi talents in Oracle Consulting roles, further enhancing the economic and professional value of the company’s digital talent development initiatives.

Next Technology also signed two strategic MoUs with Guru Hits and DXT to expand areas of cooperation and exchange technical expertise and capabilities, while jointly developing innovative technology solutions that keep pace with the rapid developments in the technology sector and address market needs. The partnerships are expected to create opportunities for implementing joint projects and initiatives during the coming period.

The three MoUs reflect Next Technology’s strategy of building an integrated ecosystem of technology partnerships in the Saudi market, bringing together national talent development, specialized expertise, and innovative technology solutions. This approach is expected to contribute to supporting digital transformation, strengthening local capabilities, and creating sustainable value for the technology sector.

Eng. Amr Abdel Rahman, CEO of Next Technology, said that the company’s participation in LEAP 2026 represents an important milestone in its expansion strategy and efforts to strengthen its partnerships in the Saudi market.

“Signing three MoUs with prominent technology companies reflects a clear vision aimed at building long-term partnerships based on knowledge transfer, capacity development, and the delivery of technology solutions that create real value,” Abdel Rahman said.

He added that the partnership with SBM represents an important milestone in this journey, particularly given the company’s strong position in Saudi Arabia’s technology sector. He noted that the cooperation opens the door to further initiatives aimed at developing national talent and connecting them with labor market needs, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Abdel Rahman explained that the company’s success in qualifying national talent has not stopped at the training stage but has extended directly into the labor market, with six Saudi nationals already hired in Oracle Consulting roles.

“This achievement represents a practical example of what Next Technology seeks to accomplish through its programs and initiatives, which focus on building real-world skills and opening specialized career opportunities for young people in the fastest-growing technology sectors,” he said.

The CEO of Next Technology affirmed that the company will continue to expand its partnership network in Saudi Arabia and across the region during the coming period, working with its partners to develop specialized technology and capacity-building programs and initiatives, while delivering innovative solutions that respond to the requirements of digital transformation.

He stressed that investing in national talent is one of the most important pillars for building a sustainable digital economy.

Next Technology said its participation in LEAP 2026 represents another step in its plan to strengthen its presence across regional markets through partnerships that combine innovation, talent development, and technology solutions. The company will continue working to translate strategic cooperation into tangible projects and initiatives that support digital transformation, empower talent, and create new opportunities within Saudi Arabia’s digital economy.
