Strategic Partnership Between Egypt’s Digital Creativity Center in Beni Suef and Aura Communication

to Prepare Young Talent for the Digital Job Market and Boost Employability

by Marwa Abo Almajd

Aura Communication, a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO), customer experience (CX), and human resources services, has announced the launch of the “Future Forward” initiative in collaboration with Venture X, the official operator of the Egypt Digital Creativity Center (Creativa) in Beni Suef Governorate, under the supervision of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).

The initiative aims to support efforts to prepare and qualify the youth of Beni Suef for the labor market and enhance their readiness for future jobs by developing practical skills and knowledge aligned with the evolving demands of the workplace, with a particular focus on the outsourcing, customer service, and digital services sectors.

The initiative comes within the framework of the state’s vision to build a knowledge-based digital economy and invest in human capital, while strengthening partnerships between the private sector and institutions that support skills development. It seeks to bridge the gap between educational outcomes and labor-market needs, preparing young people for professional opportunities in rapidly growing sectors. This will be achieved through a series of free events extending throughout the year, bringing university students and recent graduates from the governorate together with a select group of industry experts and business leaders. Participants will explore available career opportunities, acquire the practical skills employers seek, and strengthen their readiness to enter the job market.

The program includes specialized training and mentoring sessions, discussion panels, and hands-on workshops covering employability skills, communication, professional personal branding, CV writing, and effective use of LinkedIn. It also highlights promising opportunities in outsourcing, customer experience, human resources services, technology, and digital services—benefiting young people as well as the entrepreneurial and civil communities in Beni Suef. Upon completing the workshops, participants will receive attendance certificates accredited by Aura Communication in recognition of their commitment and active engagement.

John Guirguis, CEO of Aura Communication, said: “Egypt’s outsourcing and digital services sector is witnessing rapid growth, opening wide horizons for young people and underscoring the urgent need to prepare talent equipped with practical skills that match the changing requirements of the labor market. This is precisely why we launched the Future Forward initiative—we see it as an investment in the future of Egypt’s human capital, not merely a training event. The private sector’s responsibility does not stop at providing jobs; it extends to helping prepare and qualify talent before they enter the workforce.”

Guirguis noted that this vision runs parallel to Aura Communication’s own growth. The company has expanded its operational capacity from 50 to 1,090 seats in the technology zone of New Beni Suef City, employing approximately one thousand staff members from the governorate. This expansion reflects the company’s business growth, the confidence of its clients in its operational capabilities, and Egypt’s attractiveness as a destination for the expansion of the outsourcing sector.

He added: “Through our partnership with the Egypt Digital Creativity Center in Beni Suef, we aim to translate this growth into a sustainable impact on the labor market by empowering young people with knowledge and practical experience and giving them the opportunity to interact directly with industry experts. This helps narrow the gap between educational outcomes and market needs, preparing a generation that is more competitive and better positioned to contribute to sustainable development and economic growth.”

Ibtisam Ali Tawfik, Community Manager at Venture X, the official operator of the Egypt Digital Creativity Center (Creativa) in Beni Suef Governorate, stated: “Our partnership with Aura Communication highlights the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors in preparing qualified talent that meets the needs of an evolving labor market. By combining private-sector expertise with the innovation-supporting environment provided by Egypt’s Digital Creativity Centers, we seek to offer young people genuine opportunities to acquire practical skills, understand the requirements of future jobs, and connect directly with industry experts.”

She added: “The Future Forward initiative forms part of our ongoing efforts to empower the youth of Beni Suef and Upper Egypt governorates and enhance their competitiveness across various business sectors, in line with the state’s vision of investing in human capital, building the Egyptian individual, and developing their capabilities.”

The “Future Forward” initiative embodies a model of constructive collaboration between the private sector and institutions that support innovation. It contributes to linking educational outcomes with labor-market needs and equipping young people with the skills required for future jobs. It also reflects the partners’ commitment to supporting the state’s efforts to prepare qualified national talent and to strengthening Egypt’s position as a leading regional hub for outsourcing, technology, and digital services.
